Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with extensive Azure cloud infrastructure, IIS administration, CI/CD automation, and platform operations expertise. You will contribute to production support, deployment automation, and secure, scalable enterprise hosting across Azure services.

The role emphasizes managing cloud resources, identities, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence and high availability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Azure cloud infrastructure, IIS administration, CI/CD automation, production support, and platform operations.
• Skilled with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, PowerShell, APIM, and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Proven expertise in managing cloud resources, identities, virtual machines, monitoring platforms, and deployment automation.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support enterprise applications across Azure and IIS platforms.
• Administer Azure services including APIM, App Services, SQL Managed Instance, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Virtual Machines, and Networking.
• Manage Azure Entra ID identities, access controls, service principals, managed identities, and RBAC permissions.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible for deployments and configuration management.
• Automate operational and administrative tasks using PowerShell and Ansible.
• Monitor platform and application health using New Relic, Foglight, ADX, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
• Analyze logs, diagnose production issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure stability and performance.
• Lead deployments, platform upgrades, capacity planning, and environment management across Dev, UAT, and Production.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, authentication, networking, and performance issues.
• Support incident, change, and release management with rollback and recovery strategies.
• Implement security, compliance, and access management controls across environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
