Job summary

You will guide teams, develop business opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning while maintaining high service standards across clients in various sectors.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is a strong asset and may be required for progression.
• 3+ years' experience in public accounting or related industry focused on tax and accounting.
• Commitment to quality, excellence and ongoing professional growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong management skills in scheduling, organizing and multi-team oversight.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented team player who can work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute client engagements under varying reporting frameworks across industries.
• Contribute to new business development by leveraging service offerings and credibility.
• Lead the business unit and contribute to the office business plan.
• Maximize engagement profitability by efficient resource utilization.
• Review corporate and personal tax returns, NTRs and compilations.
• Plan and lead teams to exceed client expectations.
• Mentor and supervise staff, provide ongoing feedback and training.
