Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience in a senior or multi‑company role.
• Complete accounting cycle knowledge and financial statement prep.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, controls, and tax obligations.
• Experience with payroll, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity setups.
• CPA designation welcome; hands-on experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and full-cycle accounting across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and cards; investigate variances.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure timely month-end closes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and banks.
• Monitor payables, receivables, payroll, and cash movements.
• Ensure compliance with standards, tax obligations, and internal policies.
• Organize financial files for accuracy and retrieval.
• Suggest process improvements to strengthen controls.
