• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany balances and other accounts; investigate discrepancies.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Act as a key point of contact for external accountants, auditors, banks and financial partners.
• Monitor payables, receivables, payroll activity and cash movements across the organization.
• Ensure records comply with standards, tax obligations and internal controls.
• Maintain well‑organized financial files and documentation for retrieval.

What You’ll Own

• Take charge of day-to-day and full-cycle accounting activities across several companies and related entities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills when working with both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.

• Familiarity with payroll, corporate tax requirements, and intercompany transactions is an advantage.
