Your Opportunity

BDO Canada's London-Windsor group of offices are looking for Senior Accountants to join our Assurance team and own the following responsibilities:

  1. Lead audit engagements, prepare working papers, and compile financial statements, all in line with regulatory standards.
  2. Streamline year-end engagements and prepare tax returns for clients across a variety of industries.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, and address their needs and suggestions promptly.
  4. Contribute to business development and identify opportunities with existing clients.
  5. Keep your team in the loop on progress and potential issues, fostering a collaborative environment.

Your Experience And Education

  1. You’re a CPA, or working towards your CPA designation, with at least 3 years of experience in external audit in the public accounting sector.
  2. You have a strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
  3. You are highly detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
  4. You are proactive in seeking out professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  5. You have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
