Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) to join our team. The CPA will play a critical role in the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving business growth. This position requires a strong background in financial services and corporate finance, capable of guiding our financial planning and analysis efforts while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the existing team. The CPA will support the strategic vision of LRRGC, focusing on overseeing daily administrative functions to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
3. Lead the accounting team in managing cash flow, receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
4. Collaborate with other departments to support business development and growth.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate financial records.
6. Provide financial insights to the executive team and board for strategic decisions.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective leadership within the finance team.
8. Coordinate with the executive team to set operational goals and provide organizational direction.
9. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and government agencies.
10. Prepare and present regular reports on financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

1. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
2. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
3. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices.
