We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering accurate financial reporting and full-cycle accounting services to our diverse client base. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, bringing a proactive approach to problem-solving, compliance, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS or US GAAP for clients across a range of industries
• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including payroll, HST filings, and related financial tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and regulatory agencies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering responsive and value-added service
• Stay current with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations
• Take ownership of assigned projects and assist with other duties as needed
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required

What We’re Looking For

• A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Completion of or active enrollment in the CPA designation program or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience , including tax return preparation (personal and corporate)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles , financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
