Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee general ledger functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial records.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Analyze financial results and prepare insightful reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting and controls.

Skills and Experience:

• Accounting Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful analysis.
