Role Overview
The LinkedIn Strategist (Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising) will work directly with mid-market and enterprise clients, developing and executing high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses. This position reports to the Associate Director and is integral to our LinkedIn media team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts.
- Support client contacts with strategic guidance and communication.
- Coordinate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment and quality.
- Create quarterly strategies tailored to client needs.
- Manage budgets for paid media campaigns, optimizing as needed.
- Understand and articulate client positioning and unique value propositions.
- Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM systems.
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization targets.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals.
- Understand the value and execution of Programmatic campaigns.
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through strong client relationships.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B clients.
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of various LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.
- Proficiency with advertising tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising principles, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience analyzing campaign data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar tools.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Ability to communicate strategies effectively and tell data-driven stories.
- Problem-solving mindset, competitive yet curious.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to quality and ethical advertising practices.
- Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client, if needed.

- Manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts effectively.
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as client growth, satisfaction, and renewal rates.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and service expansion.
- Communicate results clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Work Environment
This is a remote-first role, with the option to work from anywhere in the US or from our offices in Irvine, California. We also support global opportunities in Canada, UK, and Australia, contingent on work authorization and residency.
The role requires reliable internet, a suitable home office setup, and the ability to work independently while collaborating virtually via Zoom and Slack.
