We are hiring for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our MedTech team as part of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Segment at Clarivate. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic account initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales and account management, a passion for customer success, and a proven ability to deliver results.
Working closely with a defined book of business you will manage your clients and their renewal business whilst identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow your accounts.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and globally distributed team within the Life Sciences & Healthcare segment. Working closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Account Managers, this team drives customer success and business growth across North America.
This is a full-time permanent position in our Toronto office (2-3 days per week in office, rest of week remote). This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
