As the Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Apply core marketing fundamentals to leverage insights and develop competitively differentiated strategies that will deliver strong business results and value within the GU Oncology market.
  • Develop and monitor sales forecast and marketing budget.
  • Conduct in-depth market research as well as internal and external stakeholder engagements to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights specific to advancing GU oncology business.
  • Design, execute, and lead omnichannel marketing campaigns, digital engagement tools and customized content strategies towards targeted healthcare professionals.
  • Work compliantly and collaboratively with the Medical, Regulatory, Access and Sales Teams to lead the success of J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
  • University degree (science or business related) is required. MBA is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
  • 3 or more years previous product management and/or pharmaceutical commercial experience.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and innovative attitude, in developing and implementing breakthrough marketing strategies, aligned with business goals and compliance regulations.
  • Proficient in analyzing market data, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience driving digital marketing and customer engagement tools and techniques, including content marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective messaging and engaging diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timeliness.
Preferred:
  • English/French bilingualism is an asset.
