Job summary

Zeno Group in Toronto is seeking an Account Manager, Creator Marketing to lead creator-driven campaigns for clients. You will source creators, negotiate contracts, and run campaigns end-to-end with cross-functional teams.

You should have 3–5 years in creator/influencer marketing, strong organization, platform fluency on Instagram and TikTok, and a data-minded approach.

Account Manager, Creator Marketing

Do you understand how creators, culture and platforms come together to influence audiences and shape brands? Are you energized by developing creator strategies that turn cultural insights and authentic partnerships into measurable impact? The Account Manager, Creator Marketing at Zeno will be a key player on our growing Creator team, working closely under senior leadership to run best-in-class influencer campaigns. You’ll manage day-to-day execution — from sourcing and negotiating with creators to delivering high-impact programs that move the needle for clients. This role requires sharp organization, strong creator instincts, platform fluency (Instagram, TikTok, emerging spaces), and a passion for doing influencer marketing at the highest level.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $65,000 to $75,000 CAD/yr. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges can not exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
