Job summary

WORKFORCE Staffing Solutions in Burnaby is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to own a VIP portfolio, advise clients, and manage renewals with no hard sales targets. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior-level clients and handle complex cross-border placements.

You’ll work with underwriters and markets to explore options, aiming to expand existing relationships. A BC Level 2 licence and 10+ years in Commercial Lines are required, CIP/CAIB is an asset, with Applied Epic

• 10+ years of Commercial Lines experience (not Personal Lines).
• Experience managing mid-to-large commercial accounts.
• Technical expertise with complex and cross-border risks.
• BC Level 2 licence; CIP/CAIB is an asset.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar systems.
• Seeking a stable, long-term opportunity.

Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional who enjoys managing relationships, advising clients, and being the person they trust -but isn't looking for an aggressive sales environment?

This could be a great fit.

We’re recruiting for an established independent brokerage seeking aSenior Commercial Account Managerto take ownership of VIP commercial clients. There are no mandatory sales targets. Your focus is on maintaining strong client relationships, managing renewals, providing technical advice, and growing existing accounts.

What You'll Do
