AIP Connect Inc. in Toronto is seeking an Account Director to lead tier 1 clients within an integrated, XM-enabled environment. You will own client relationships, manage the account team, and drive projects from concept to delivery within budget and performance targets.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of marketing/advertising experience, strong leadership, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency or client environment.
• Experience growing and running a team of people.
• Strong ability to delegate tasks and lead through others.
• Proven ability to influence decision making in planning and execution.
• Experience designing and selling executional vision.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with positive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Function as primary point of contact for mid-to-senior client (e.g. Brand Manager to Senior Brand Manager).
• Actively manage a team of Account Supervisors, Account Managers, and Account Coordinators.
• Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and coaching to team with an eye to developing capabilities.
• Delegate work across the team to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Manage internal resources and provide 3-month ahead outlook.
• Oversee multi-program life-cycle including pitching, planning and execution.
• Lead client briefings, feasibility assessments, and oversight of the team.
