Job summary

Humber Polytechnic is seeking a Senior Accessible Learning Coordinator to lead ALS service design and operations. The role owns SOPs, core systems, analytics, and staff development while coordinating accommodations and funding approaches for learners with disabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-year diploma/degree in business, service design, or related field with change management and service design certification preferred.
• Experience applying human-centered design and PROSCI change management to improve service delivery.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and training materials.
• Ability to manage data and ministry-m mandated reporting and analytics.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading service design efforts — mapping journeys, party mapping, and blueprinting to improve ALS delivery.
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining SOPs to support scalable service.
• Leading learning and development for the ALS team: training plans and onboarding materials.
• Applying PROSCI change management to guide tools, workflows, and service models.
• Owning core systems as system lead (e.g., Clockwork, Accommodate) including data integrity and training.
• Overseeing data analytics, Ministry reporting, and service utilization monitoring.
• Distributing work, monitoring workflows, and coaching the SALC team.
• Delivering direct learner support through intake, accommodations funding, and third-party coordination.
• Coordinating team schedules, vacations, and meetings.
