What Will You Do?

  • Assist in creating and maintaining quality assurance processes and standards across all storage locations.
  • Conduct regular audits of operational practices and stores to ensure compliance with Mini Mall Brand Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor customer feedback and complaint trends to identify areas for improvement, focusing on the Customer Experience
  • Collaborate with management and team members to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Analyze operational data to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on quality assurance protocols.
  • Act as a resource for operational staff, answering questions and providing guidance on QA processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting the self-storage industry.

What Will You Need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a retail environment with Quality Experience or an interest in moving into the Quality Department
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance tools or software.
  • Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
