Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) for a temporary role to support our growing network across North America. You will handle lead management, sales, customer interactions, and daily reconciliations while maintaining brand standards and ensuring security across facilities.

Responsibilities include converting leads through multiple channels, building client relationships, handling inquiries, and coordinating auctions for delinquent accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with weekend/evening shifts as needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail in inventory, brand standards, and security.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads into sales via phone, online, or walk-ins.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate unit auctions and delinquency processes in line with legal and company policies.
• Manage rent payments, reconciliations, and other financial transactions daily.
• Perform regular walkthroughs to ensure inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and security.
• Identify opportunities for property improvements to boost satisfaction and sales.
