Responsibilities

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: Keeps area clean, safe, organized, and free of debris and spills.
• Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives: Supports credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives when applicable.
• Support Customers at Self Checkout: Assists customers with self-checkout, explains interventions kindly, escalates issues when needed.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation: Responds to alarms and logs required actions accurately.
• Manage Scan & Go Equipment: Returns scanners to storage locations after use.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
