Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keep the self checkout area clean, safe, and organized, free of debris and spills.
• Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives: support credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives when applicable.
• Support Customers at Self Checkout: assist customers, monitor activity, and explain interventions in a friendly way; escalate cash or tech issues when needed.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation: address alarms per procedures and log any "Failure to Deactivate" events.
• Manage Scan & Go Equipment: return scanners to storage after use.
