Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keep the self-checkout area clean, safe, and organized.
• Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives: support programs such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives when applicable.
• Support Customers at Self Checkout: assist customers in using self checkout, explain interventions clearly, and escalate to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation: address alarms per procedures and log the event.
• Manage Scan & Go Equipment: ensure scanners are returned to storage after use.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
