Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe self-checkout area and assist customers with transactions.
• Promote Walmart programs and initiatives when applicable.
• Respond to EAS alarms and complete required logs.
• Assist customers at self-checkout and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Ensure Scan & Go equipment is stored after use.
