• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keep area clean, safe, and organized.
• Promote Walmart programs and initiatives when applicable.
• Assist customers at self-checkout, explain interventions clearly, and escalate issues when needed.
• Respond to EAS alerts and complete the required documentation.
• Manage Scan & Go equipment and ensure proper storage.
• Support customers at self-checkout and help ensure quick, confident transactions.
