Job summary

Brechin & Huffman LLP in Burlington, ON is seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join our business law team. The successful candidate will work closely with our business law lawyers to provide advice to clients across a wide range of industries and engage in business development.

The role requires 3–5 years of post-call corporate/commercial experience, with demonstrated expertise in M&A transactions, commercial leases, drafting, and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience independently handling M&A transactions.
• Commercial lease experience is an asset.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.

We are seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join our business law team. The successful candidate will work closely with our business law lawyers and join a team that provides a range of legal advice to clients that operate in a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate is motivated by excellent work and highly engaged colleagues.

The successful candidate will have 3 – 5 years of post-call corporate, commercial and related experience, including:

• Experience independently handling M&A transactions
