Qualifications

• BC Security Licence required.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Server and IT networks.
• Experience with installation and servicing of security systems.
• High school diploma or trade school; technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect and commission security systems per manufacturer specs.
• Coordinate field activities and ensure proper system programming and integration.
• Troubleshoot field wiring and equipment issues.
• Advise customers on restoring systems to full functionality.
• Manage service calls and track field labor hours for efficiency.
• Prepare daily activity and system performance reports.
• Uphold safety policies and maintain operational safety.
