Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Supervisor to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily security operations, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and coordinate surveillance activities to maintain a secure environment. Your proactive approach and leadership will help prevent loss, respond effectively to incidents, and uphold the highest standards of safety and security across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective coverage of all security posts and patrols.
• Oversee surveillance operations utilizing CCTV systems, conducting regular camera tours and audits to monitor activity.
• Implement loss prevention strategies by identifying vulnerabilities and enforcing security policies.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
• Conduct thorough inspections of premises, including employee, visitor, and contractor checks to deter theft or misconduct.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, patrols, CCTV footage reviews, and shift reports for accountability and review.
• Train and mentor security staff on procedures, emergency response protocols, and surveillance techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience in law enforcement or private security roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, especially CCTV operation and monitoring.
• Experience in loss prevention tactics and incident management.
• Familiarity with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent observational skills combined with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Prior supervisory experience in a security environment is highly desirable.

Pay: $24.00-$33.25 per hour
