Job summary

Securitas Canada is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in the Lethbridge area to lead daily site security operations and guide guards on-site. You will uphold security protocols and licensing requirements while coordinating with management.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory security experience, strong communication, and the ability to train guards on procedures. Shift is 0800–1600, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours weekly.

We are seeking a highly capable and professional Security Site Supervisor to support daily operations, lead security personnel, and ensure compliance with site requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.

Shifts are from 0800 to 1600 – Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week - Shift schedules may vary depending on operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security guards during daily site operations
• Provide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectations
• Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols, licensing requirements, and Controlled Goods standards
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and address operational concerns
• Complete reports, documentation, and incident follow-ups as required

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• 2-5+ years of security experience (preferred)
• Computer skills and ability to use security-related software
• Valid Security Guard License
• Ability to train guards on daily site tasks and operational procedures
• Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Must be able to pass Controlled Goods Clearance
• Must be able to get more training if required
