Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2-5+ years of security experience (preferred).
• Computer skills and ability to use security-related software.
• Valid Security Guard License.
• Ability to train guards on daily site tasks and operational procedures.
• Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Must be able to pass Controlled Goods Clearance.
• Must be able to get more training if required.

SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: LETHBRIDGE AREA

We are seeking a highly capable and professional Security Site Supervisor to support daily operations, lead security personnel, and ensure compliance with site requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.

Shifts are from 0800 to 1600 – Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week - Shift schedules may vary depending on operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security guards during daily site operations

• Provide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectations

• Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols, licensing requirements, and Controlled Goods standards
