Securitas Canada Limited is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in the Lethbridge area to lead daily security operations.
Responsibilities include supervising guards, delivering site-specific training, and maintaining professional communication with staff and management. We are seeking a highly capable and professional Security Site Supervisor to support daily operations, lead security personnel, and ensure compliance with site requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.
Shifts are from 0800 to 1600 – Monday to Friday
Supervise and support security guards during daily site operations
Provide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectations
Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management
Ensure compliance with all security protocols, licensing requirements, and Controlled Goods standards
Monitor performance, provide coaching, and address operational concerns
Complete reports, documentation, and incident follow-ups as required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
2-5+ years of security experience (preferred)
Computer skills and ability to use security-related software
Valid Security Guard License
Ability to train guards on daily site tasks and operational procedures
Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols
Excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of security operations and procedures
Must be able to pass Controlled Goods Clearance
Must be able to get more training if required
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional, reliable, and adaptable to changing operational needs
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
