  • Ensure facilities are secure according to Edon Management’s standards and contractual requirements
  • Provide leadership and training to security guards, including at new sites
  • Manage and respond to critical incidents, coordinating staff for effective responses
  • Review incident reports and investigate internal security issues as needed
  • Perform hands-on security duties and support in cases of guard absences
  • Liaise with clients to address security requests and issues
  • Ensure security KPIs and CSAT requirements are met
  • Work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends

What are we looking for?

  • A valid Security License
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in security
  • Strong knowledge of security practices
  • Excellent command of English (reading and writing)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and client management skills
  • Proven leadership ability to guide a team towards objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
