Job summary

Securitas Canada is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in the Lethbridge area to lead daily site security operations and guide guards on-site. You will uphold security protocols and licensing requirements while coordinating with management.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory security experience, strong communication, and the ability to train guards on procedures. Shift is 0800–1600, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Security Guard License required.
• Ability to train guards on site tasks and procedures.
• Walk, stand, and patrol as part of daily duties.
• Proficient with security-related software and reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security guards during daily site operations.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and licensing.
• Monitor performance, coach, and address issues.
• Complete reports and incident follow-ups as needed.
