Job summary

Complete Security Solutions Inc. is seeking a security guard supervisor to oversee frontline security operations at our Calgary location. The role requires a secondary education certificate and 2–3 years of supervisory security experience.

Work is on-site at various locations with full-time permanent employment and shifts around the clock, including mornings, nights, and weekends. You must hold a CPR, First Aid, Firearms Acquisition License, and Security Guard License.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of security supervision experience.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact during emergencies.
• Coordinate activities with other units or departments.
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.
