Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of Security Professionals on a temporary full-time assignment in Dawson Creek, BC.

You will oversee daily operations, support staff, ensure site requirements are met, and maintain exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate holds a BC Security Worker Licence and OFA1, has supervisory experience, and demonstrates strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BC Security Worker Licence required.
• OFA Level 1 certification required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in security preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage people and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to professionalism.
• Criminal record checkability required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security personnel.
• Ensure all site procedures and standards are followed.
• Review daily reports and site documentation.
• Respond to incidents and operational concerns.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining shift coverage.
• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
• Ensure all security operations are conducted safely and professionally.
