Job summary

Securitas Canada Limited is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to support daily operations, lead security personnel, and ensure compliance with site requirements in the Lethbridge area. Shifts run 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory and 2–5+ years of security experience, a valid Security Guard Licence, and the ability to train guards and conduct patrols.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2-5+ years of security experience (preferred).
• Computer skills and ability to use security-related software.
• Valid Security Guard License.
• Ability to train guards on daily site tasks and operational procedures.
• Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Must be able to pass Controlled Goods Clearance.
• Must be able to get more training if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security guards during daily site operations.
• Provide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectations.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols, licensing requirements, and Controlled Goods standards.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and address operational concerns.
• Complete reports, documentation, and incident follow-ups as required.

SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: LETHBRIDGE AREA

Securitas is seeking a highly capable and professional Security Site Supervisor to support daily operations, lead security personnel, and ensure compliance with site requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.

Shifts are from 0800 to 1600 – Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week - Shift schedules may vary depending on operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security guards during daily site operations

• Provide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectations

• Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management
