On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll play a vital role in driving innovation for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre, and Internet & Private Networks.

This position reports to the Senior Sales Manager, Cybersecurity Solutions. The Solutions Specialist will establish strong business relationships with the Bell Core Sales Team to identify new sales opportunities related to security with existing customers and to develop new prospects in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with internal partners to ensure customer needs are efficiently addressed. Propose solutions that incorporate the full scope of Bell Security products and services.
  • Create and implement tailored strategies to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while responding to and exceeding customer expectations and Bell’s standards.
  • Be recognized as a trusted advisor in the field by developing resourceful sales strategies, leveraging established networks, and participating in local chambers of commerce, expositions, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop proposals for current and prospective customers as needed.
  • Support internal partners with all necessary information and resources for presales activities.
Critical Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in English for interactions with stakeholders across Canada.
  • Experience selling solutions from Fortinet, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Akamai, Checkpoint, Radware, Cisco.
  • Experience selling Managed and Professional Services.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple initiatives, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership qualities with excellent negotiation, decision-making, prioritization, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Confidence and ability to present to corporate executives.

For hybrid work arrangements, candidates must be based in Canada and report to a Bell office at least 3 days a week. Bell offers flexible work hours to support work-life balance.
