Position: Security Professional - Residential Site - Swing Shift

Location: North York, ON

Payrate: $17.60 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Sun: 10am-10pm, Mon: 2pm-10pm, Thu: 10pm-6am, Fri: 10pm-10am

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Site - Swing Shift to oversee one of our residential sites in North York, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Residential Concierge Security experience, excellent communication skills, willing to work various shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
