Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Residential Concierge to oversee a residential site in Etobicoke, ON. The ideal candidate has Residential Concierge experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts and sites.

Qualifications

• Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Must have Ontario Security License.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk long periods, climb stairs, lift up to 40 lbs.

• Conduct regular patrols to monitor safety of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents and equipment issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents, management, contractors and staff.
• Follow training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.

Allied Universal – Security Professional - Residential Concierge in Etobicoke, Ontario

Job Title: Security Professional - Residential Concierge
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour
Shifts: Swing/Rotational | Tuesday -Thursday (10pm - 0600) , Saturday (10am - 10pm)

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Conciergeto oversee one of our residential sites in Etobicoke, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Residential Concierge Experience, excellent communication skills, with some flexibility and willingness to work various shifts and various sites, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towardtraining and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
