Allied Universal Security Services in North York, ON, is seeking a part-time Security Guard Residential to oversee one of our residential sites. The role emphasizes strong communication and customer service, with routine patrols and detailed incident reporting.

Candidates should have 6–12 months of security experience, an Ontario Security License, First Aid/CPR, and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays 4:00 PM–11:00 PM. A valid driver's license is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Position: Security Guard Residential

Location: North York, ON

Pay Rate: $17.96 per hour

Status: Part-time

Shift: Saturday and Sunday | Afternoon to Evening | 4:00PM - 11:00PM

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard Residentialto oversee one of our residential sites in North York, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, customer service skills,and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months Security Guard experience
• Valid Driver's License is an asset.
