Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Residential Concierge Part Time to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto, ON. The role focuses on resident safety, outstanding customer service, and effective communication within a dynamic security team.

Ideal candidates will have 6 months to 1 year in residential concierge security, a valid Ontario Security License, and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Position: Security Professional - Residential Concierge Part Time

Location: Toronto, ON

Payrate: $18.10 per hour

Status: Part-time

Shift:Saturday & Sunday | 3:00PM - 11:00PM | Evening

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Concierge Part Time to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, customer service, willing to work various shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential concierge security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.


• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.


• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.


• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.


• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunction.


• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1-year Residential Concierge Security experience.


• Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer service skills.


• Excellent written and oral communication


• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.


• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.


• First Aid and CPR


• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience


• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
