Responsibilities

• Address and resolve resident complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist property management with additional tasks as required.

Security Professional - Residential Concierge - Overnight

In Toronto, Ontario.

Location: Toronto, Ontario.

Payrate: $18.93 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fi, Sat |12:00PM - 8:00AM; 12:00PM - 12:00AM | Overnight

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Concierge - Overnight to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work Overnight Shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.


• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunction.


• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.


• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.


• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.


• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must have 1- 2 years Experience in Concierge Security experience, Front Desk, Hospitality.


• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.


• Excellent written and oral communication


• Must have great customer service skills


• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.


• Must be 25+ years of age for driving insurance


• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.


• First Aid and CPR


• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience


• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
