Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional – Residential Concierge - Full-time in North York, Ontario. This role requires overnight shifts and emphasizes strong communication with residents and staff. The pay rate is $18.54 per hour.

The candidate should have concierge/security experience, be able to patrol, and uphold high professional standards. A valid Ontario Security License and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Concierge Security, Front Desk or Hospitality.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• Valid Ontario Security License.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, irregularities, and equipment malfunction.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Concierge - Full-timeto oversee one of our residential sites in North York, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work Overnight Shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
