Qualifications

• Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ontario Security License required.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours/week.
• First Aid and CPR.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Location: Oakville, ON

Payrate: $19.90 per hour

Status: Part Time

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Concierge Part Time Shiftto oversee one of our residential sites in Oakville, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Residential Concierge experience. excellent communication skills, with some flexibility and willingness to work various shifts and various sites, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
