Job summary

Bell is seeking a Security Operations Analyst II to join the Security Operations team. This role leads the investigation, analysis, and resolution of complex security incidents, advanced threats, and escalated cybersecurity events across enterprise and customer environments. Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks and Cisco ISE is required.

The position operates in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive remediation and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• University or college degree or 5 years equivalent information systems experience.
• Hands-on experience with multiple firewall vendors.
• Experience with SD-WAN deployment and management.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting IPS/IDS systems.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable items.
• Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation, analysis and resolution of complex security incidents and escalated threats.
• Support threat detection, access control, and security monitoring activities.
• Provide senior-level technical expertise and incident remediation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to meet contractual security requirements.
• Maintain and update security documentation and best practices.
