Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a Principal Remediation Consultant (Unit 42) to lead technical engagements, recover clients from security incidents, and build effective security operations programs. Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s, 12 with a Master’s, or 8 with a PhD.
• 6+ years of management experience leading technical teams at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise in identity management, SSO and modern auth protocols.
• Strong experience with AD/Azure AD, hybrid-cloud security, and enterprise controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Incident Response remediation engagements for global clients.
• Develop remediation workflows and roadmaps aligned with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Architect and implement infrastructure changes using IaC tools.
• Prepare reports and present findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to minimize risk and improve security posture.
