Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the operations department. Respond to urgent incidents or operational issues after hours if necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational processes. Work with senior management to develop strategic plans for expanding services or enhancing efficiency. Support business development by identifying potential new contracts or community outreach opportunities.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and scheduling. Familiarity with scheduling or security incident software is an advantage.
  • Other Requirements: Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, especially under pressure. Able to work flexible hours or on‑call as needed for a 24/7 operation. Note: Candidates do not need Canadian work experience; international experience in security or operations management will be considered equivalently.
Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $72000-$75000 annually, with opportunities for advancement.
  • Health Benefits: Group medical and dental benefits after 9 months of employment.
  • Wellness Perks: Group gym membership benefits to support your health.
  • Financial Perks: Advance pay deposits available.
  • Professional Development: Access to over 40 free in‑house training courses to enhance your skills.
