Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON, responsible for overseeing daily security operations and ensuring consistent service delivery. This role coordinates scheduling, deployment, and supervision of security staff, monitors site performance, and addresses operational issues in real time. The Operations Manager collaborates with clients to understand requirements, conducts site visits, and implements procedures that support safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Daily activities include reviewing incident reports, updating operational plans, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing operational reports, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
