Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor - Mobile for Hamilton, Ontario. The role requires patrolling, strong communication, and a valid Ontario Security License, with a full driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification.

The position includes day-shift rotations and a casual status. Ideal candidates are 25+ years old, able to work on listed dates, and comfortable operating CCTV systems and basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile patrol security.
• Must be able to work on November 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 8th, 11th, 12th, 16th and 17th.
• Ontario Security License is required.
• Valid Full Driver''s Licence is a must.
• Minimum age 25 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety and security.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols and incidents, including equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.

Position: Security Supervisor - Mobile

Location: Hamilton, ON

Payrate: $19.50 per hour

Status: Casual

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat | 0600-1800 Day Shifts

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor in Hamilton. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, 25+ yrs of age (Driving Positions), a valid driver's license (Full), knowledge on CCTV Camera Monitoring, comfortable with Computers, CPR, First Aid, and able to work with a dynamic security team. Requirements:

• Experience in Mobile Patrol Security experience.
• Must be able to work on November 2nd, 3rd, 6th , 8th , 11th , 12th , 16th and 17th.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Valid Full Driver's Licence is a must
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
