Allied Universal is seeking a Security Supervisor - Mobile in Hamilton, ON to lead mobile patrol activities and ensure safety across designated premises. The ideal candidate is 25+ years old, with a valid Ontario security license, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills.

You will monitor CCTV, operate with professionalism, and coordinate with property staff. This casual, part-time role requires flexibility across early morning shifts (6:00–18:00) on Sundays through Saturdays, and includes

• Experience in Mobile Patrol Security required.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License and be eligible to work in Canada (up to 40 hours/week).
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and wireless technology.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, irregularities and equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors and other staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor in Hamilton. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, 25+ yrs of age (Driving Positions), a valid driver's license (Full), knowledge on CCTV Camera Monitoring, comfortable with Computers, CPR, First Aid, and able to work with a dynamic security team. Requirements

• Experience in Mobile Patrol Security experience.
• Must be able to work on November 2nd, 3rd, 6th , 8th , 11th , 12th , 16th and 17th.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Valid Full Driver's Licence is a must
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
