Allied Universal in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor - Mobile to oversee patrol operations, document incidents, and coordinate with residents and staff. The role requires a valid Ontario Security License, a 25+ age threshold for driving positions, and clear communication skills.

Candidates should be comfortable with CCTV monitoring, basic computer use, CPR and First Aid, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mobile Patrol Security.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

• Age 25 or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, irregularities, and equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other staff.
• Maintain professionalism and follow training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as needed.

Position: Security Supervisor - Mobile

Location: Hamilton, ON

Payrate: $19.50 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Week 1 Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday 1800 - 0600

Week 2 Sunday Wednesday and Thursday 1800 - 0600

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor in Hamilton. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, 25+ yrs of age (Driving Positions), a valid driver's license (Full), knowledge on CCTV Camera Monitoring, comfortable with Computers, CPR, First Aid, and able to work with a dynamic security team.
