Job summary

Canada’s Wonderland is hiring for a guest services role in Vaughan. The position emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, coordinating lost-and-found services, and providing in-person and phone support.

• Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, on weekends and holidays

$17.60 / hour

This is a vacant position. Candidates must be minimum age of 18 years.

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll commit to providing a safe and secure environment for all guests and members.

You’ll also…

• Coordinate the return of lost and found articles to guests/members
• Catalogue, organize and secure guest/staff lost and found valuables
• Provide guest services in person and over the phone.
• Perform administrative duties including completing guest lost article reports, data entry, filing and phone reception.
• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
