Job summary

Canada’s Wonderland is seeking a guest services assistant to provide in-person and phone support, manage lost and found, and perform administrative tasks while ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for guests.

Join a fun, diverse team and contribute to events and daily operations. Applicants must be 18+, with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Word and Excel and adaptability to other computer programs.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Overview:

$ 17.60 / hour

This is a vacant position. Candidates must be minimum age of 18 years.

• Coordinate the return of lost and found articles to guests/members.

• Catalogue, organize and secure guest/staff lost and found valuables.

• Provide guest services in person and over the phone.

• Perform administrative duties including completing guest lost article reports, data entry, filing and phone reception.

• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
