Job summary

Canada’s Wonderland at Vaughan; Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is hiring guest service team members to provide exceptional experiences for park guests. You’ll serve beverages, assist with food service, and help ensure a clean, safe environment.

The role demands a positive attitude, strong guest focus, and the ability to work flexible hours. You must be 18+ and legally authorized to work, with Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain it).

Qualifications

• You must be 18+ and legally authorized to work.
• Smart Serve Certification or willingness to get certified.
• Able to provide exceptional guest service and assist guests and employees.
• Courteous with good judgement and commitment to service.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Availability for flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic beverages to guests while providing exceptional guest service.
• Enforce all Department policies and ensure menu items and supplies are available.
• Receive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with Ontario Health regulations.
• Address guest questions and concerns regarding the location/park.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation practices for all surfaces and equipment.
• Assist food service associates and bussers with service, table setting, and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

$17.60 / hour

18+ earns $17.60 / hour plus tips. Must be a minimum age of 18 years.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work 40 hours per week

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.

You’ll also…

• Serve alcoholic beverages to guests while providing exceptional guest service
• Enforce all Department policies
• Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available
• Receive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations, department specifications and the Liquor Control Board
• Address any guest questions and concerns regarding the location/park
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and
• equipment
• Operate equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Assist the food service associates and bussers with service, table clearing/setting, and cleaning on a regular basis
• Assist in other duties as assigned
